David C Rudolph
David Rudolph was born in Cleveland, Ohio, USA in 1940. He thrived in his conservative Jewish faith and heritage at an early age. In October 1968, David had a personal encounter with the Jewish Messiah, which transformed his life. Since then, his passion for God and man has taken him to India, Greece, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Cyprus, where he and his family have lived for extended seasons throughout the past 25 years. David has traveled to 130 nations and prophetically influenced national leaders through spiritual impartation in over 70 countries. David and his wife Emma have eight children and, at last count, 18 grandchildren. Four of their children serve with them in the field.

David currently provides apostolic and visionary oversight for Gateways Beyond International. David and Emma pour themselves into the lives of the staff, students and guests by mentoring, teaching and counseling from their many years of experience. They desire to see the next generation walk in wholeness and the fullness of their destiny and are constantly urging others forward as they lead from behind.

As a visionary, David feels a deep sense of responsibility to birth and father the vision of ships for Aliyah that he received from the Lord in 1983 while on the island of Cyprus. He recently founded Star Ships Enterprise, a mercy outreach ministry of Gateways Beyond International that desires to provide practical assistance to Jewish people needing to immigrate to Israel. Star Ships exists to rescue Jewish people in poverty or danger by offering safe passage for them and their household belongings to their biblically historic homeland of Israel.

David serves on the senior executive council of Tikkun International, a messianic apostolic network, and is an executive committee member of Toward Jerusalem Council II. He co-founded Ezra International, a humanitarian aid organization located in Kiev, Ukraine, reaching the poorest of the poor Soviet Jewry. He also serves on the board of directors for the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute.

Emma Rudolph
From early childhood Emma was drawn to the stage. An accomplished singer and dancer by twenty, she was challenged by the voice of God with two options for her future: Broadway or the narrow way. Eight children and many years later her life is testimony to the sacrificial love of an exceptional mother and obedient servant of God. She has embraced the harder path, through many nations.

Emma is a general in prayer and holds a key role in imparting to the staff and students of Gateways Beyond how to become a channel for God to birth His dreams on this earth. In addition to daily impartation, she also teaches a course on intercession in the Gateways Training School. She heads up the counseling ministry of Gateways and contributes countless hours to one-on-one mentoring of staff and students.

Matthew Rudolph
Matthew Rudolph is a Jewish believer in Jesus whose heart burns for God’s glory to be seen in Israel and the nations. Experiences gained from growing up in a missionary family living in places like India, Europe, and the Middle East have given him a broader understanding of the heartbeat of God for the nations. Matthew is the base leader for the Gateways Beyond missions community in Cyprus where he overseas the staff and various ministries. He also serves with his wife Serah, as the Director of the Gateways Training School based in Cyprus, a six-month discipleship program focused on equipping and launching young people into the harvest field.

Before moving to Cyprus with his family, Matthew worked in youth and college ministry on the east coast of the United States. He and Serah have led numerous short-term outreach trips to Ethiopia, Israel and Europe. As a worship leader, teacher and member of aliyah, (the Gateways Beyond worship band) he seeks to draw believers and non-believers alike to encounter the manifest presence of God through a lifestyle of worship and intercession.

Rena Brand
Rena Brand joined Gateways Beyond in 2002. She is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and financial management of the organization. She has also served on the leadership team for the Gateways Training School and continues to be involved in the students’ lives through teaching and mentoring. She has a heart to serve God in the nations and a passion for seeing an army of anointed character-proven young people emerge who will work for the restoration of the purposes of God in Europe. In addition to her work in Cyprus, Rena frequently travels to Europe to lay a foundation for a Gateways ministry base in France.

Prior to joining Gateways, Rena held various positions for corporations including most recently vice president of finance and administration for a public policy think tank based in Dallas, Texas where she worked for 12 years. Rena received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.

Norm Frederick
Norm and Lynn Frederick come to Gateways Beyond having served Shady Grove Church in Grand Prairie Texas for the last twenty years. It was there the Lord forged their life message of intimacy, community and mission, while pioneering All Nations House of Prayer and Lifewalk Discipleship Training School. They have a passion to see greater reconciliation come to the people of the Middle East and Mediterranean region while equipping the Bride for His soon return. Norm serves on the GBI leadership team, provides counseling and pastoral care and teaches in the GTS. They are committed to seeing night and day prayer emerge in the earth.
